Local Shipping within Singapore

Ordered will process in 1 business days and the courier will need 2-3 business days to deliver the package.
If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, we will process the order promptly once back at work!
The customer will received an email containing shipping information and a tracking number upon shipment.

Standard rate - SGD5 applicable for order under SGD150
Free Shipping - purchase SGD150 and above

International Shipping

We ship internationally, generally international package will deliver about 5- 15 business days.
Delivery time is subject to delay due to global logistic delay from courier end.
The customer will received an email containing shipping information and a tracking number upon shipment.

*Any shipment containing liquid is not permitted in mainland China. However, there is no issue for Hong Kong SAR.

Our cancellation policies

Please cancel the order within 60 minutes after completing your order.
The order is not subject to cancellation once the package has been dispatched to the courier company

How many duties and taxes should I pay?

We are not able to provide an estimate of duties and taxes as this information will vary depending on the country.
Kindly note that once the order is placed you are responsible for all the duties, taxes and customs charges.
If you choose to return the item, you are required to receive the package first before applying for a refund.
